How Does it Work?
Step 1: Schedule a Discovery Call
During this free call, we get to know each other and discuss your goals to see if we are a good fit. Based on your nutrition and performance goals, I will recommend the GAMEDAY (in-season) or FLEX (off-season) program (or a combo of the two!).
GAMEDAY Program
For athletes who need to be GAMEDAY ready! This athlete can expect to:

Increase their energy levels during competition, training, games/matches and races

Know how to fuel before and after training, games and competitions

Maximize their travel nutrition or nutrition on-the-go

Learn how to meal prep (without breaking the bank)

Navigate a dining hall, cafeteria, or restaurant like a pro
FLEX Program
For athletes who are in their off-season and have the flexibility to make more drastic changes! This athlete can expect to:

Improve their mindset around food and fueling

Implement strategies to improve body composition

Increase strength, power, and overall fitness

Develop healthy habits that last a lifetime

Restore and recover after a demanding season
Step 2: On-Boarding

Complete an intake questionnaire and GAMEDAY Nutrition paperwork

Complete food log and training schedule outline
-
Analysis of your current fueling plan and blood work (if applicable)

Start with small changes and realistic modifications based on your initial nutritional analysis

After your initial meeting, you will receive an individualized fueling plan using the P3 Method. The P3 Method will help you reach your performance goals as it has helped hundreds of other athletes do the same! This plan is customized to match your current fueling routine. Together, you and Heather will adjust your plan to build sustainable habits! Once your plan is finalized Heather will be available to provide guidance and make changes as needed.
